A lot of our work comes from recommendations and we are always happy for you to contact existing customers. We are also affiliated with Age UK (formerly age concern) and Buy with confidence schemes, who have done this for you. We are vetted at regular intervals by both initiatives on performance, insurance and qualifications.
All relevant risk assessments are carried out prior to us carrying out any work. All works are carried out to the British Standard BS3998. We are happy to give advice and answer any questions you may have. A habitat assessment is also carried out so that we don’t disturb any wildlife (birds, bats etc) in line with the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981.
At Acorn Tree Services we are committed to the learning and skills of all our employees, they regularily attend training courses to keep them up to date with new working practices and legislations
